Soak Off Removal
• Soak offs are critical to maintaining nail health •Soak Offs must be performed every two fills of gel on natural nails or gelx extensions. •Soak off removals take 1 hour to complete, and come with cuticle and skin restoration. Policy
All appointments require a deposit that goes toward your total to reserve an appointment time. Without a deposit your apppointment time is not reserved for the time requested. This deposit goes towards your total, deposits are made over Zelle, and deposits are non refundable. Your remaining balance due for the manicure will also be paid over Zelle. Deposit total 45 New clients, Please arrive with bare nails to verify nail health, feel free to send me a picture prior to arrival so that I may confirm that your nails are healthy enough to support enhancements. **Rescheduling if you need to reschedule please do so 48 hours prior to the original appt time The same deposit may be reused to reschedule if done within 48 hours of requesting a reschedule, rescheduling less than 48 hours In advance requires an additional $45 deposit that goes towards your total, a second reschedule requires a separate deposit of $45 that goes towards your total. **Cancellations / No-Shows Cancellations may book a new appointment with a new deposit of $45 to secure their time, No call no show clients upon rebooking are required to send an $85 deposit to book that goes towards your total.
